Key Account Manager (Medical Channel)

Corporate account strategy development

  • Identify and prioritize potential corporate accounts
  • Build a good understanding of the accounts: account vision / mission, goals and objectives, and structure – decision maker, influencers and gate keepers are identified
  • Based on the account understanding, align company’s objective of providing cervical cancer awareness and prevention solutions with the account’s objectives (e.g. employee wellbeing, motivation and loyalty), and develop specific account strategies (strategic account plan) to drive win-win outcomes

Corporate account strategy implementation, and tracking and responding to results

  • Based on the strategic account plan, implement these strategies, and drive the success
  • Collaborate with Health Care Professional or health institution to effectively implement account strategies/ tactics and enlist company product portfolio to the hospitals
  • Ensure the implementation comply to all law and regulations with high standard of ethics
  • Set specific KPIs, track account performance as per agreed upon performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to relevant stakeholders (KPIs should include business, customer, and implementation metrics)

Credentials & Experience

  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy or related field, MBA preferable
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical products or vaccines or health related products.
  • Experience in people/ team management for at least 3 years
  • Experience in product enlisting and corporate selling is a plus.
