Overview
Join a global leader in automotive parts manufacturing experiencing rapid expansion. We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to optimize production capacity, manage schedules, and drive Lean initiatives within our Production Management team in Lat Krabang, Bangkok. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of ฿70,000-฿90,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute production capacity plans and schedules to meet customer forecasts and demands.
- Optimize finished goods inventory and oversee daily production activities and MRP processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure adherence to ISO/TS16949 standards.
- Drive Lean manufacturing (Kanban, JIT) and foster continuous improvement in planning and inventory.
- Manage logistics and transportation for timely, cost-effective delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 5+ years of experience in material/production planning, demand/supply analysis, preferably in automotive.
- Proficiency in SAP systems.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record in automotive and supply chain.
