Our client is the multinational manufacturing In line with continued growth and expansion, the company is looking for a HR Manager to plan, organize, and control all Plant HR activities and implement an HR Strategy development, HR Management, Covering HR Team for talent sourcing, talent development, succession planning, performance management, competence development, compensation & benefits, plant safety and ER with continuous improvement and enhancement capacity organization.
Location: Rayong
Responsibilities:
- Control and monitoring full spectrum of Plant HR, work closely with Plant Director and department managers to ensure delivery of HR practices and processes is aligned with the business strategies
- Driving HR projects and initiatives compliant with global policies and guidelines
- Compliance with internal control objectives, local labor regulations and Global HR policies and guidelines
- Work actively on employee relation matters, consult holding HR teams and to be the center of all employees on all HR policies, and any other employment matter.
- Support the implementation on competence based recruitment process and tools, join together with managers in selection process.
- Processes review employees payroll, performs benefit administration including enrollment, termination, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communication of information to employees.
- Comply with legal requirements in HR, safety and environment, ensures compliance with OSHA, ISO14001 and Corporate policies and procedures relating to Safety, Security & Environment.
- Review and Analyze the training needs, closely cooperate with hiring manager to define appropriate training courses and development activities.
- Advise, coach and support managers to implement people management processes including but not limited to performance and competence reviews, talent reviews.
- Work closely with Regional/global HR teams on following up market trend on remuneration and compensation and benefits.
- Ensure the compliance with global guideline & local legislation, and ensure the competitiveness reward structure.
- Work on employer branding communication internally and externally, maintains Human Resources Information System records and compiles reports from database
Qualifications:
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in related fields.
- Minimum 10 years in managing all spectrums Plant HR Operation, HRM and HRD with automotive or related multinational company.
- High energy, pro-active and positive working attitude, strong negotiation, influencing skills and building motivation
- Professional, approachable and competent in dealing with difficult situations.
- Key leadership competences: Customer focus, Priority setting, Developing direct reports and others, Integrity and trust, Perseverance,
- Drive for results and Conflict management
- Board range and depth of Factory/Plant HR operational experience within a changing and fast paced environment are advantageous
- Good communication in English and able to meeting with Global/Regional team as a Country HR Representative.
- Experience of delivering HR-related business in multinational environments with strong in HR and labor law knowledge, strategic thinking, excellent communication and coaching skills
