Job Description:

Our client, a well-known multinational new plant automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, maintain effective HR best practices in Talent Management, Training and Development, and support employee relationship projects to build a strong culture and values within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Design training plans and organize learning channels such as e-learning and internal training
  • Ensure Global HR systems, policies, and practices are effectively communicated and implemented within the area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with all departments to monitor, provide insights, solve issues, and implement improvements in talent and career development programs
  • Lead career development programs and succession planning, updating individual development plans with department heads
  • Assess tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools
  • Manage Career Development Program, E-Learning, Internship Program, Onboarding, Off-boarding, etc.
  • Assist HR Manager and team in plant talent development projects and coordinate global HR for related issues
  • Support people-related projects such as Employee Engagement Surveys, New Employee Values Implementation, and Employee Activities
  • Partner in analyzing and revising people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment
  • Ensure internal policies and processes comply with labor laws, international labor standards, and customer code of conduct
  • Participate in projects related to employee relations, welfare, benefit awards, Corporate Social Responsibility-sustainability Program, and employee committees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in relevant Human Resources or similar discipline
  • 10 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role related to HRD, Training, Learning and Development, and ER in multinational manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships with internal management and staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken
  • Enthusiasm for change and challenging conventions
  • Experience in HR Global Projects and Plant HR activities management
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas, be results-oriented, self-motivated, and have a good team spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software
