HR Manager – Talent Acquisition and Business Partner

Salary ฿100,000 – ฿140,000 reflecting the Candidate’s experience, performance and qualifications with other competitive allowances

Our client is the world leader in consumer products, and retail business is looking for a HR Manager – Talent Acquisition and Business Partner to Develops, implements and maintains employment programs, procedures, effective HR best practices and policies related to the acquisition of talent, lead recruitment/TA Strategy, hiring process, manpower planning and partner with the business to drive the people and talent agenda, regional HR project, Organization Development, Change & Transformation project, to build the strong culture, values and branding.

Report to: HR Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance and support on TA and HRBP strategic development and build developing and implementing end-to-end hiring processes across functions for commercial office and supply chain.
  • Supervise team members in recruitment plan, manage overall operations of talented sourcing, selection, and retention, to ensure effective business objection.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and senior stakeholders to adopt a consultative approach for create sourcing strategies, market research, assessment and recruitment plans and offer management in a cost effective manner aligned with the organization’s needs.
  • Proactively establish and manage candidate data to keep qualified individuals engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Partner with business management to conduct, support develop culture and employer branding and ensuring a high-touch personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize internal analytics and metrics to identify areas for improvement in talent acquisition practices, processes, and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards in all policies and processes.
  • Handling complex issues, driving organizational change initiatives, developing workforce plans, and influencing business leaders to impact business outcomes with a significant impact on the overall employee experience.
  • Manage relationships with external talent acquisition providers and preferred agencies.
  • Lead and develop a team, providing coaching and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only, Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years in multiple HR, Business Partnering role for multinational organization such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical,
  • Ecommerce, Retail, Chain Store, Trading/Distribution or related.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent communication, develop and implement the recruitment process, strong recruiting technology and tools,
  • High energy, pro-active and positive working attitude, strong negotiation, influencing skills and building motivation
  • Professional, approachable and competent in dealing with difficult situations.
  • Business focus, Priority setting, delivering HR business in complex corporate environments with strong in HR projects.
  • Good communication in English and able to meeting and cooperate with regional or global HR team as a HR Representative.
