Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿130,000 based on performance and experience with very competitive allowances.

Our client is a global leader in consumer products and retail business. They are seeking an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition (Retail Operation) to oversee TA, Employee Branding, and Benefits for Frontline and Retail Operations. The role involves effectively leading the recruitment processes for retail management positions and offering strategic support for the opening events of shops, counters, stores, and brands. The HR Manager will collaborate with hiring managers to develop and manage recruitment processes that are aligned with the company’s current business objectives, fostering a strong culture, values, and brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage Recruitment strategies, Employee Branding and Staff benefits to attract a consistent stream of talent for frontline, retail store and counter including professional retail operation positions.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Supervise team members in recruitment plan, manage overall operations of talented sourcing, selection, and retention, to ensure effective business objection.
  • Oversee and manage outsourced service providers to ensure workforce fulfillment and high service quality.
  • Monitor performance and address any service issues or gaps with outsourced partners.
  • Create, implement, and drive Retail recruitment initiatives, strategies, tools and processes that align with business objectives.
  • Train Retail Field teams on these processes ensuring adoption, coaching and general guidance to hiring managers on interview and recruitment best practices
  • Develop strong, thoughtful partnerships with Retail/Area/Counter Managers ensuring ongoing open dialogue regarding Field needs.
  • Lead the new shop opening hiring strategy and process to ensure successful hiring to meet staffing needs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership, expertise and guidance on effective talent decisions
  • Maintain recruitment metrics / tracking, sharing out relevant Retail recruitment metrics to the business
  • Utilize data analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions and recommendations, inclusive of recruitment spend
  • Provide backup support for full cycle corporate recruitment during peak times
  • Act as the focal contractor and collaborate with other HR team member functions to deliver employee engagement activity.

Qualifications:

  • Thai, with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years experienced in HR Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HRBP, within multinational retail organizations related to FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, Fashion Lifestyle, Luxury Brands, Department Stores, Electronic Home Appliances, or similar.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills, capable of developing and implementing recruitment processes, and adept in using advanced recruiting technologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle, build effective talent pipelines, and understand the store structure and staff benefits in the retail sector.
  • High-energy, proactive, and positive attitude, with strong negotiation, influence, and motivation-building skills.
  • Business-oriented, able to prioritize, and deliver HR services in complex corporate settings, with a strong track record in HR projects.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to engage and collaborate with regional or global HR teams as an HR representative.
