HR Business Partner Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR and business heads to develop HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
  • Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory process and procedures, organizational change policy to support HR strategies
  • Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper staffing from both a strategic and tactical perspective
  • Analyse and manage of HR such C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans
  • Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ direct experience in a HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic perspective
  • Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environment strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth and work under pressure
