Group Key Account Manager (Skincare, FMCG)

Salary ฿130,000 – ฿150,000 based on performance and experience.

Our client is the world leader in Consumer Products, Beauty, Skincare and Personal Care Company. Looking for a  Group Key Account Manager to develop strategies and business plans, execute activities, understand customers, Sales strategy for all focus brands and manages all key account and manage business relationship to deliver, builds and manages all aspects of sales inclusive of leading management sales growth and profitability, business analytics and Beauty Chain, key account development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead identify key account customer and to develop profitably grow the brand and increase performance to support the key customer in each channel.
  • Develop Customer Business Plan and building productive and strong business relationships with key account customers.
  • Managed the key accounts actively contributing to the development of business strategies and drive sustainable profitable growth, increasing sales capability, business opportunities and maintain the customer are well stocked in Trade.
  • Effective advisory Key Account team to achieve sales volume, develops channel sales and profitability to achieving market share and category growth.
  • Provides analysis for performances, product, and account management with identifying areas of improvement in the business strategies, identifying opportunities, and understanding the market and competitive environment.
  • Setting and monitoring monthly targets per account and to ensure its achievement, recommends and provide business intelligence of consumer, competitor, and market trends in the industry and within the brand’s landscape.
  • Collaborates with supply chain in sales forecasting to ensure healthy inventory level within the business and maximize sales opportunities at all times.
  • Identifies sales opportunities for the brand, including demand generation initiatives together with marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration.
  • 10 years in Sales and Marketing experienced with at least 5 years of Key Account Management or Channel Development, Trade
  • Marketing in FMCG, Cosmetic, Skincare, Personal Care to Hypermarket, Beauty Chain Sore or related
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management, confident and have strong interpersonal skills to work with varieties of internal function, and retailers
  • MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Good understanding of financial management, analytical and planning skills.
  • Strong Business Communication, negotiation and good in English.
