Group Key Account Manager (Consumer Products)

Salary: ฿130,000 – ฿150,000 based on performance and experience.

Our client, the world leader in Consumer Products, Beauty, Skincare, and Personal Care, is seeking a highly skilled Group Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth and manage key accounts. As the Group Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective business strategies, executing sales plans, and nurturing strong relationships with key account customers. Your expertise in sales growth, profitability, and market analysis will be crucial in achieving sustainable business expansion and maintaining a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key account customers and develop profitable growth strategies for each channel to support the key customers.
  • Develop comprehensive Customer Business Plans and establish strong business relationships with key account customers.
  • Manage key accounts actively, contributing to the development of business strategies and driving sustainable profitable growth.
  • Increase sales capability, identify business opportunities, and ensure adequate stock availability in trade.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Key Account team, leading them to achieve sales volume targets, channel sales growth, and enhanced profitability.
  • Perform detailed analysis of sales performance, products, and account management to identify improvement areas and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform business strategies effectively.
  • Set and monitor monthly targets per account, ensuring their achievement through effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain for accurate sales forecasting, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities, including demand generation initiatives, in collaboration with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 5 years in Key Account Management or Channel Development, Trade
  • Marketing in FMCG, Cosmetic, Skincare, Personal Care, Hypermarket, Beauty Chain Store, or related industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with confidence and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal functions and retailers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Sound understanding of financial management, along with excellent analytical and planning abilities.
  • Effective business communication and negotiation skills, with a good command of the English language.
