Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Drive growth and P&L for the US & Canada market.
- Partnerships: Manage carriers, airlines, and vendors on the TP (Trans-Pacific) route.
- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Thai team.
- Operations: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and local regulatory compliance.
Who You Are
- Experience: 8–10 years in Freight Forwarding (min. 5 years in TP trade).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Sea Freight (FCL/LCL); Airfreight is a plus.
- Track Record: Proven success in Business Development and P&L management.
- Languages: Thai & English or Mandarin.
