Our client, an Industry-leading European-based Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry, is currently searching for their new Finance & Administration Department Leader. This is the top position in the Department and an integral part of the Core Management Team, providing guidance to the expat General Manager. This position reports to the Regional Finance Manager based outside Thailand and locally to the expat GM. This position is based in Rayong

Some responsibilities include:

  • Full compliance of group policies and internal control systems including
  • Timely and accurate reporting of local books with company software
  • Overall responsibility for the ERP system in which all weekly, monthly and quarterly or Internal Reports, are created.
  • Management Reporting according to policies and requirements
  • Implementation of the group fixed asset register accordance with deadlines provided by the group
  • Responsible for Quarterly IFRS closing as required
  • Support General Manager for Financial matters including 1-Year Plan and 3-Year Plan preparation.
  • Evaluate and propose improvements to Finance and Accounting processes and its efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years’ experience in a Finance and/or Accounting role including having managed people (small team OK)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, self-disciplined professional who can work successfully with minimal supervision
  • International Financial Reporting experience
  • An analytical mind
  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline oriented
