Job Description

Three-Month Contract, Legal Firm

Key Accountabilities :

  • The Finance and admin manager has overall responsibility for all the financial and administrative activities of the company.
  • Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statement and reporting.
  • Review and approve accounts payable and expense payable booking and disbursements.
  • Supervise A/R collection and improve on overdue account.
  • Treasury management, including cash flow forecast and actual.
  • Conduct feasibility study of business opportunities.
  • Annual Budgeting.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Handle administrative tasks and oversee office administrations.
  • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and incentives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years accounting and finance experience, minimum of 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience.
  • Experience in a Legal Consulting firm is a plus.
  • Extensive understanding and appreciation of Local Personal Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax and their implications to business operations.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
