Domestic Sales Manager (Food Sector)

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domestic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the domestic food market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and monitoring market trends to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in the food or FMCG sector, excellent negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿120,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement domestic sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals, identify new business opportunities, and monitor consumer trends.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the domestic sales team, set performance objectives, and recruit high-performing sales professionals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic customers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance against KPIs, prepare regular reports for senior management, and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, supply chain, and R&D to align sales strategies with company-wide goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the food or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and key account development.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the domestic food market is highly advantageous.
