Deputy Survey Manager

Job Description:

• Assist PM and PD in the Cial Strategy with consultant/client
• Take of and estimating
• Arrange preparation of certification
• Arrange preparation of variation orders
• Negotiation with consultant and designer for monthly certification and client final account
• Assist Project Manager in the strategy with consultant and client
• Verify quality of work from subcontractors
• Recommend sub contractor payment certificate
• Verify and advise tender and construction document
• Coordinate with EIC and Cost Control
• Train, develop and supervise QS team
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality male only age 3845 years old
• Bachelor degree in Civil or Survey engineer with 810 years experience
• Knowledge of Excel, CCS
• Excellent knowledge in construction schedule and method
• Excellent communication skill
• Understand QS process
• Ability to speak/write English
• Training / development skills
• Negotiation skills required
