Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and take orders from customers.
- Provide information to facilitate and coordinate with customers.
- Take care of solving immediate problems that may arise with politeness and friendliness.
- Contact and coordinate with other departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
