Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone and take orders from customers.
  • Provide information to facilitate and coordinate with customers.
  • Take care of solving immediate problems that may arise with politeness and friendliness.
  • Contact and coordinate with other departments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Additional Features:

  • Love service work, have skills in talking with customers.
  • Have knowledge in customer service work.
  • Able to use a computer.
  • Be punctual and know how to manage time.
  • Knowledge of English will be given special consideration.
