About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿45,000 + Commissions
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Verification: Efficiently process and verify client identity documents according to established procedures.
- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, and tickets.
- Client Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rate, and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends as needed
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
