Salary ฿250,000 – ฿300,000 depending on Performance and Experience with very competitive allowances

Our client is the world leader in consumer products, retail business. In line with its continued growth and expansion, the company is looking for a Country HR Director to lead development and enhancement of strategic leadership and management of all human resources functions, Country HR strategy, building engaged local teams, develops policy, consulting human resources activities, and drive regional HR project such as Organization Development, Change Management, corporate transformation, culture and branding.

Location: Bangkok

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with the Local/Regional management requirement and develop HR & General Affairs Function to ensure HR practices and processes is aligned with the global business strategies.
  • Driving HR projects and initiatives compliant with global policies and guidelines
  • Design and deliver OD, corporate transformation and change management strategies, processes and interventions to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity.
  • Understanding of organization concept and models, able to assess the organization and recommend changes to improve organization systems and culture.
  • Drive process improvement, change management and Customer focused with skills in relation building and proactive engagement with stakeholders.
  • Advise HR operation processes and deliver required country HR protects.
  • Advise Plan, lead, develop, implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s HR compliance and strategy needs
  • Review the administration of human resource programs including, salary structure, compensation, benefits, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; leadership competencies, productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development
  • Organization development design related to organization structure, trend, job grade/level, reward schemes and Performance
  • Management Framework in the entire organization.
  • Work closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Develop and implement departmental budget
  • Work on employer branding communication internally and externally, uplift the brands

Qualifications:

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 15 years in all spectrum HRM, HRD and OD with multinational FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Ecommerce, retail, Trading/Distribution.
  • Professional, approachable and competent in dealing with difficult situations.
  • Key leadership competences: Customer focus, Priority setting, Developing direct reports and others, Integrity and trust, Perseverance,
  • Drive for results and Conflict management
  • Board range and depth of HR operational excellence within a changing and fast paced environment are advantageous
  • Good communication in English and able to travelling in SEA Region as a Country HR Representative.
  • Experience of delivering HR-related business in complex corporate environments with strong in HR projects and labor law knowledge
