Compensation and Benefits Manager (FMCG)

JOB TYPE: Full Time and Permanent

Salary ฿‎100,000 – ฿‎140,000 depending on Performance and Experience with competitive allowances

Our client is the well-known multinational consumer product, beauty and skincare Company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to Lead C&B and Total Rewards operation plan and oversee compensation and benefits programs, implement strategic initiatives, advise all employees about compensation and benefits concerns, driving best practices to ensure market competitiveness and provide competitive edge in talent attraction and retention policies which related to compensation and benefits.


  • Manage C&B activities to ensure market competitiveness, legal compliance and global policy.
  • Manage the benefits and welfare provisions, conduct regular policy review in line with organization directives.
  • Communication on Compensation and Benefits policies update or revision, including drafting of communication materials.
  • Work closely with payroll vendor in completing monthly payroll process, liaise with vendors on benefits administration, implementation, and improvement.
  • Submission of payroll instructions, checking of payroll register and requesting of approvals for timely payroll crediting to employees’ accounts.
  • Conduct analysis of organization and market information for recommendation of new policies following global and regional best practices.
  • Analyze total rewards programs to proactively review the programs and look to implement changes or improvements change management to support HR and business strategic and operational plans where necessary.
  • Facilitate data collection process and recommend development of policies and procedures to support the changes.
  • Provide advice as a business partner to business leaders and employee inquiries on compensation related policies and practices.
  • Drive and execute job grade evaluation, annual merit review and performance bonus exercises.
  • Administer all onboarding, and status change procedures related to C&B which includes new hire orientation, enrollment in various benefits plans and bank account set up for payroll purposes.
  • Participate global, regional, and local Projects related to area of function.
  • Lead enhancement and updating of existing Standard Operating Procedures related to Compensation and Benefits.


  • Bachelor or higher Degree in related HR field
  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience for Hands-on experience in HR C&B operational activities and total rewards preferably in a multi-national organization
  • Preferably with experience using various C&B tools such as Mercer, Tower Watson, Remuneration analysis, compensation data analysis.
  • Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System.
  • Strong believer in leading change, value, and collaborative relationship builder, externally and internally
  • Directional leadership; ability to influence positively, a team motivator with strong cross functional partnership skills
  • Good understanding of team dynamism and ability to navigate professionally in matrix organization.
  • Good in English communication and Strong Communication skills – written and verbal.
