Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation and benefits (C&B) and total rewards operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to develop and implement competitive C&B strategies.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform C&B decisions.
  • Provide expert advice to business leaders and employees on compensation and benefits policies and practices.
  • Manage compensation programs, including job grading, performance reviews, and bonus structures.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies for C&B initiatives.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage C&B-related onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Participate in global, regional, and local C&B projects.
  • Maintain and update C&B standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of C&B best practices and legal compliance
  • Proficiency in C&B tools and systems (e.g., Mercer)
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
