Business Unit Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze customer needs, plan sales.
  • Sales management to achieve sales goals According to the directions specified by the company
  • Develop the sales team to have knowledge. Have sales and negotiation skills
  • Build your team’s skills in the field of presentations. / Deliver customers Customer demand analysis
  • Seek new sales channels and methods. To search for customers as well as make plans for retaining existing customers Increase sales and create satisfaction for customers.Responsible for overseeing the Miltenyi / PI product line
  • Passing knowledge, help, motivate and build solidarity to the sales team.

Requirements :

  • Male / Female, Thai nationality
  • 35-47 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in medical science, pharmacy and related master’s degree. If you have a doctorate Related fields will be an advantage
  • Love service, personality and good human relations
  • Be creative, enthusiastic, loving, challenging. And have high patience
  • Have leadership and team management skills
  • Experience 5-10 years in sales and sales management of drugs to detect cancer risk. Or products related to treatment or patients with cancer (Receive special consideration)
  • Knowledge of the laboratory. (Receive special consideration
  • Good command of English
