Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Thailand. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments for business expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to suggest innovative solutions to clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
