Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Thailand. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and market segments for business expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve business goals
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to suggest innovative solutions to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
