Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿150,000 + Performance Bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Growth: Execute business plans to hit aggressive growth targets and identify emerging market trends.
- Deal Making: Lead the end-to-end process for partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances—from feasibility studies to final negotiations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive ROI analysis and competitor benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company at industry events, building a high-level network of stakeholders and clients.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
What You Bring
Experience: 7–10 years in Business Development or Strategic Planning (Automotive industry background is essential).
Skillset: Mastery of financial modeling, negotiation, and go-to-market strategy.
Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
