Business Analyst (SAP)

Salary: ฿60,000-฿80,000

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (SAP) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Business teams to comprehend requirements. – Convert requirements into functional specification documents and obtain approval from stakeholders.
  • Define the scope for sprint planning.
  • Identify Fit Gaps in the business process.
  • Collaborate closely with Business process experts to develop solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for Key users and super users on MES system.
  • Utilize Agile methodology for delivery, focusing on Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail manufacturing domain.
  • Minimum of 3 End-to-End MES system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of the Business Analyst role.
  • Ability to gather requirements through various methods and create clear, concise documentation.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with teams and lead meetings.
  • Previous experience interacting with clients, understanding requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP MES or similar MES systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile Delivery Methodology.
