Business Analyst (Fintech)
Salary ฿50,000 – ฿70,000 based on performance and experience
Our client is the well-known multinational fastest growing fintech company in Thailand. The company is looking for a Business Analyst to functional design and optimization of front end middle stage back end products of financial products.
Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional requirements for the development team
- Gather business requirements by managing relationship with stakeholders and facilitating those conversations
- Translating these requirements into process flows, user stories and unambiguous testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Ensure seamless end to end requirements
- Identify automated processes as well as design where required manual exception handling processes
- Advise the product owner on dependencies between different required and support backlog prioritization.
- Identify areas where integration is needed
- Act as integrated scrum team member to assure requirements are understood fully
- Be primary person to provide functional training product support agent and provide functional knowledge support to product support agent when required.
- Work with Architects in defining non-functional requirements
- Help the scrum team to plan and improve their ways of working through retrospectives
- Review the functional designs provided by Developers along with the stakeholders and ensure that all business requirements have been captured and reflected in the design
Qualifications:
- Two years experienced in the Financial Technology.
- Analytical skills – analyzing data, workflow, user or stakeholders’ inputs, documents, etc.
- Business process and planning
- Planning the project scope, understanding and implementing requirement of project, identifying resources required for the project and so on Technical skill
- Technical aspects are expected to know like operating systems, hardware capabilities, database concepts, networking, SDLC methodology, etc.
