Brand Manager (Cosmetics)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full implementation of marketing strategies, utilizing internal resources and fostering cooperation.To create successful strategies, analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices.
  • Develop, conduct, and report analytics across several platforms to gather crucial information for future campaign development and go-to-market plans, replete with formal proposals and advice on methods.
  • Identifies new product opportunities to grow the business and collaborates with Category, Region, and counterparts in other countries in managing the new product development processes for bringing these new ideas to market.
  • Develops and monitors campaign budgets.
  • Plans and manages our social media channels.
  • Provide accurate reports on the overall performance of our marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or closely related fields
  • At least 3-5 years direct background in Brand management, Brand marketing, or Marketing management as well as experienced in New
  • Product Development (NPD) or New Product Launch (NPL).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative problem-solver and thinker
  • Good command in English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to start working immediately is advantage.
