Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Bangkok

Salary: ฿60,000-฿80,000

Location: Mercury Tower, BTS Chidlom

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Hybrid and Flexible hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market Recruitment Solutions, Executive Search, Digital recruiting platform, HR Content Marketing Solution, and HR Media Partnership services.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets to expand business opportunities.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Provide support to clients to optimize their performance through our solutions.
  • Conduct client visits to present services on a case-by-case basis.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in corporate B2B settings.
  • Direct experience in Recruitment, HR products, or services would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English language.
