Assistant Manager (Accounting)

Job Description

  • Perform a variety of routine and non-routine accounting function in accordance with standard procedures in accounts payable, payment or related areas
  • Reconcile bank accounts related to responsible areas (Such as outstanding cheques) including weekly cash flow report, post information and balance general or subsidiary ledger
  • Process payment and monitors the correctness and timeliness of supporting documents i.e. by Web Bank, manual cheque, selling and buying investment
  • Prepare and submits VAT, Duty stamp report, and other tax related report/ local compliance report
  • Posts information and balances general or subsidiary ledger
  • Provide supports to producers in term of information, suggestions upon request, and following up the pending issues or problems
  • Prepare payment workflow and/or manual document related to account payable and payment areas.


  • Age 32-40 years old, Males or Females
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience of monitoring subordinates
  • Knowledge of standard accounting and taxation
  • Good Analytical skill and detail oriented
  • Good English and interpersonal skill
  • Computer Literacy (MS office & Other standard software)
