Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and application information to customers, enabling them to utilize process industry application related products to their full potential.
- Understand industry requirements through market and customer feedback. Generate ideas and suggest new features for the product development team.
- Assist the sales team in creating strategic sales plans to generate business from new and existing accounts.
- Support sales by creating profiles of potential new accounts and identifying opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects.
- Collaborate with sales to develop strategic competitor analysis and counteract competitor activities with targeted accounts.
- Monitor the performance of key accounts and track progress against the plan.
- Conduct competitor product analysis to gain insights into the market and inform sales and product development strategies.
Requirements:
- Preferred major in science and technology.
- Knowledge of the industrial automation industry, including an understanding of the basic functions of servos, inverters, and PLCs, as well as their related solution applications.
- Prior technical sales experience in reputable industrial automation companies is preferred.
- Strong self-drive, ability to work independently, and high motivation.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
