Accounting Supervisor

Our client is a multinational manufacturing. Now is hiring a Accounting Supervisor A/R to be responsible for maintaining and generating reporting to identify delinquent account. This position is based in Bangkok.

Job details;

  • Escape any over-due Account Receivables for additional collection efforts
  • Able to deal with customer and key account for dept collection
  • Maintain and generate reporting to identify delinquent accounts and other collection measurements
  • Assure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Verify and post invoice note entry in AX accounting system and make sure all receipts are offset
  • Preparing AR and Sales report for month end closing and management analysis
  • Work closely with sales and other departments
  • Require to manage and work with 3 A/R collection staff
  • Performing other related duties as assign

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 8 years’ experience in  Account Receivable and strong background in reporting
  • Good command in English
  • Microsoft Excel is preferable
