We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿28,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to customers through phone, email, and chatbot channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a rotational shift schedule, including nights, as we operate 24/7.
- Availability to work five days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿28,000 per month
